Best Vacation Ever

Jeanne took care of all travel and lodging for our honeymoon trip to The Brando resort on Tetiaroa island in Tahiti. She came right to our house to help us plan the whole vacation. At one point, we had to reschedule the entire trip and push it back nine months and Jeanne made it work without any problems! Jeanne travels all over to learn more about the destinations she books, she really knows her stuff. We highly recommend her!

Dream Honeymoon

We had an incredible experience working with Jeanne. Our trip was delayed 3 years due to Covid. She was great about keeping us updated through the process. We even made adjustments to original plans. She was accommodating & switched up hotels/ itinerary to make our trip fit in our budget. Jeanne had our itinerary, documents, recommendations and everything uploaded to the app Trip Plans. We also received physical copies. We also received a goodie box with thoughtful treats and travel items. We traveled for 2 weeks in Greece with more surprises at each location. She had a bottle of wine or local drink waiting on arrival. It was a fun way to start at each location! We could tell how thoughtful she was when selecting our hotels and experiences to fit our needs. We have such fond memories! There was never any stress because we trusted Jeanne and knew she had thought of everything. This trip truly set the bar high for future travel. Thank you Jeanne for making our honeymoon dreams come true!

A wonderful cruise from start to finish

Jeanne is a delight to work with. She is very thorough and prompt in handling all of our questions. She helped with booking (and rebooking) our cruise when a port on our original itinerary was closed as well as shore excursions for our group of 7, including one disabled traveler. Every aspect of our trip went smoothly. Her attention to detail is unmatched and I would nightly recommend her to others.

Amazing trip to Disney!

Our perfect anniversary trip!

We were very excited to book our 25th anniversary trip with Jeanne. We were confident she would find a beautiful destination and take care of all the details. And that she did! Jeanne found a luxurious Maui package that just was too good to pass up at the Fairmont Kea Lani. Simply beautiful accommodations. Jeanne took care of everything. She booked our air travel, hotel, and excursions. She also gave great restaurant and sightseeing suggestions and made a reservation for a special anniversary dinner for us at Mama’s Fish House at sunset. It was a perfect night.
We had such a beautiful and relaxing trip. Jeanne’s attention to all the aspects of our trip were the key. She’s a traveler herself and makes a point to research all options for her clients. She had already booked a trip to Maui for herself before our trip. She made time to visit the Fairmont to report back to us her approval. How sweet!

25th Wedding Anniversary trip

We are thrilled with the service Jeanne provided in planning out our entire trip to England and Viking Cruise. We let her know what our interests were(what key things we wanted to see) and she put together a package that was incredible. He research and knowledge of the area helped to make the trip a once in a lifetime experience, We never could have had a trip that fulfilled our dreams without her. She put together a complete, day-by-day, itinerary for us that took all the work out of planning it ourselves. Our hotels, tours, guides and the amenities she provided were all first class.

First Class Experience

Good morning Jeanne. I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip. AMA Waterways is a first class operation. We were pampered the entire time by an exceptional staff. The food was amazing as well.All the locations we visited along the way were magical and a real walk back in time to a bygone era. Although the weather was overcast and rainy every day, believe it or not, that added to the charm of the experience.
Thank you for all your help in putting this together. We will definitely do this again in the future.

Jeanne Alspaugh is a true professional! As soon as we made our decision to take a Viking River Cruise in Northern France, Jeanne took the ball and ran with it, making sure every detail of our trip was covered: flights, insurance, even noticing that we hadn't signed our passports. Everything went smoothly throughout our journey, and our first trip to Europe was everything we hoped it would be. I have already recommended her to friends for their travels.

Best Trip Ever!

ALOHA - Jeanne,The trip to Hawaii that you planned for myself, my sister and my son was seamless. Each day was terrific. The Pearl Harbor tour you arranged went so smoothly. That was a must see tour!! My son rented a Harley Davidson motorcyle for the day, even I did a little biking with him. When we were planning the trip I had requested to be near a shopping center for my sister & I, we did alot of shopping. We had comfortable rooms at the Outrigger Reef Waikki Beach Resort, the staff was great and you can step right out onto the sandy beach There was even nightly entertainment by the pool. Wow what a vacation!
