Los Cabos Anniversary

Cynthia was great at suggesting and coordinating our hotel in Los Cabos. After her recommendations we chose the One & Only property and it didn't disappoint. She took care of everything, from VIP arrival with an SUV and driver waiting for us. Since it was our anniversary, she surprised us with champagne in the SUV to welcome us and amenities waiting for us with a little gift in our rooms. Everything was perfectly timed and we had an amazing time. Loved that she had those special attentions for us. She also made sure we had restaurant reserved for every night so we didn't have to struggle locally. Great personalized service!

Great hotel recommendation

Cynthia was great throughout the process. We were looking for a small ideally located hotel in the South of France and she recommended the Cheval Blanc. This was an excellent choice and the service there was impeccable!!
