Working with Dawn is like being in the hands of a wizard ,one with amazing skills that has helped my husband and I plan over half a dozen travel adventures. Dawn takes the time to listen, to know who we are and what we enjoy. She takes care of every detail, on our recent trip to explore the European Christmas markets she knew my husband had a bad back and arranged for a wonderful transport, the driver even carried the bags onto the train.
Her selections of hotels are exquisite , centrally located with impeccable service. We never go online to preview the place, just shows how much we trust her. Dawn will offer an array of tours, never pushy but to ensure you don't miss out. We are not big tour peeps, but our Sound of Music tour was fabulous! We had to cancel our train and Dawn was readily available to assist as well as make sure we received our refund. Once home she calls to check up on us.

Dawn was a dream to work with.
