1972-1984 Continental Airlines, began as ramp/airfreight agent, then ticket/gate agent, reservations supervisor, sales rep, sales manager, city manager. Worked in Tulsa, San Diego, Denver, Tampa, Miami back to Denver, then Casper, Wyoming. Continental filed chapter 11 bankruptcy in September 1983. I was offered the opportunity to cover Tulsa, OKC, Wichita and did so for 6 months, then opened up my own agency, Total Travel, in February 1984 until merging my business in April 2018 with Protravel.
