My wife and I are very accomplished travelers and planners. So for our 30th anniversary, we started with our usual self-planning, when we came across Outdoor Travel Adventures. After our first contact with Roseann and her obvious breadth of knowledge, we turned all the planning over to her. What a great decision! She took the time to find out how we like to travel and gave us numerous choices. Her planning was top-notch and her choice of service providers were professional, courteous and ON TIME. Attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived at the airport. We were repeateddly greeted with a “happy anniversary” and a complete itinerary packet was given to us at our first hotel. Each day of the trip was so well put together and wonderful that our running joke was ‘how is Roseann going to top this?’ She always managed to do so, even pulling off my special request to have a Platypus interaction. We are extremely pleased and plan on using their services in the future.

Found OTA and Roseann through 100% New Zealand site, not knowing the agency was a shot in the dark. I sent a information request and received an immediate reply. Roseann set up a fantastic itinerary, I couldn't have designed it better myself. We visited Auckland then tubing Waitmo Caves which were amazing, we rafted class 5 waterfalls, then to Te Puia mineral springs and dinner show, Nelson for Kayaking, then to Christchurch which is like an outdoor art gallery you can see everything on foot, ending in Queenstown for an exciting jet boat ride, lots of beautiful hiking and closed out on the zip line eco-tour. Incredible, fantastic, amazing, perfect! If you are looking for a hassle free itinerary where sky is the limit, Roseann is a top shelf agent.

Roseann planned a true dream vacation to the French Polynesia. Everything was just as, or better than, advertised. She really listened to us and the suggested resorts and activities and level of service were always in line with what we wanted. She remained 100% available for any questions; always responding so quickly both before and during our travels. During these “Covid times,” having a professional navigate the idiosyncrasies of travel was invaluable. Will definitely use Roseann in the future.

Outdoor Travel Adventures (OTA) deserves every bit of the 5-star rating. My husband and I have booked multiple trips over the last 10 years with Roseann and team. We've worked with other tour companies, but OTA sets THE standard for outdoor travel. Everyone there is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable.
