I have been working in the Travel Industry for over twenty years working with corporate and blue chip companies from big to small independent Travel Organisations. Whilst moving around gaining experience clients would follow me from one company to another which slowly but surely created a clientele list for me.
I have been associated with Protravel since 2006 and have a long standing experience as a travel advisor to the media and advertising industry especially which has led to the provision of wonderful customer service becoming my number one priority.

Bertie is always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make her clients happy. She helped us ship our two adored dogs from the U.K. to the US (and back) with very little notice during the height of the Coronavirus. There were many hurdles and she was so helpful and creative. She is positive, energetic and incredibly hard working. We will use her for future travel no question about it.

She really does go over and beyond for everyone. I have needed to book on Christmas and on her birthday nothing has fazed her including working through pandemics. She really does make sure everyone gets where they need to go and will keep an eye out for everything.

Anna is hands down the BEST travel agent you could ever have. She is someone who will sort out anything, even the near impossible. I had to fly home for an emergency to Australia during Covid-19 with barely a chance for that happening but Anna sorted it out within hours. Everyone can't believe I got a flight. Anna really helped me when I was most stressed, she was there every step of the way, even emotionally. She's someone who I will always value in my life as she really went out of her way to get me home. Not only is she the best, she's the loveliest person. Thank you Anna (Bertie).

Having known Bertie for close to a whole decade, booking work trips and personal vacations throughout, I could not recommend her highly enough.
