Lisa is hands down the best. When things are going well any travel agent can do the job but when things take a turn and lots of times they do Lisa is there everytime!!Lisa handled every aspect of our trip. Flights Hotels Cars Boats! A month family trip and she was there all the way!

Lisa is amazing. She handled every aspect of our trip to perfection including an incredibly stressful moment on a Saturday morning at JFK airport when we realized we did not have all the right covid test forms . She answered her phone immediately and personally contacted the government in Saint Maarten and got the forms approved in 1 hr ON A SATURDAY!!! She saved our flight and our trip. Whenever we travel in the future we use Lisa only and always!

Lisa is extremely easy to work with. She starts by asking just the right questions to understand the type of experience you are looking for. With a simple back and forth process securing dates, location and overall interests LIsa provides hotels, experiences and potential itineraries. Lisa makes herself readily available via phone or email to hash out the details. I enjoy a few phone conversations with Lisa during this process because she is extremely well travelled and I like to listen to her talk about her own unique experiences. The result is a final game plan that expertly incorporates exactly what we are imagining the trip to be. She does not disappoint!
