The intoxicating allure of international cuisine enticed me to visit a variety of exotic locations. During a South Korea travel adventure, I decided to live in the country and also visit and explore Japan. The proximity of the two countries coupled with one-of-a-kind culinary experiences compelled me to share these experiences with other food aficionados.
One of the unique culinary experiences I've planned in South Korea involved clients making fermented soybean paste with chili, commonly known as gochujang. I have also scheduled a private cooking class with a Buddhist nun and Philosopher chef Jeong Kwan from Netflix’s Chef’s Table.
